Small Group Personal Training

SGPT sessions are challenging but fun sessions of 3-6 people moving through a variety of exercises in a circuit-style format using many different training tools, including but not limited to: medicine balls, kettle bells, dumb bells, resistance bands, stability balls, AnchorPoint resistance bands, ActivMotion bars, and even pneumatic resistance machines. SGPT sessions are a cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working with a certified functional aging specialist to build strength, power, balance, and flexibility, manage weight, and move freely.
