PTSG sessions are challenging but fun sessions of 3-8 people moving through a variety of exercises that address 6 pillars of functional fitness using a variety of training tools, including but not limited to: medicine balls, kettle bells, dumb bells, resistance bands, stability balls, suspension training and ActivMotion bars. PTSG sessions are a cost-effective way for people to experience the benefits of working with a certified functional aging specialist to build strength, power, balance, and flexibility, manage weight, and experience optimal longevity.
